LiquidStack GigaModular VR Experience

LiquidStack, a global leader in liquid cooling technology, partnered with Plus to develop an immersive VR product experience that brings their latest innovation—GigaModular—to life. The objective was to create a compelling, interactive demonstration that eliminates the need for costly travel or expensive unit shipments. By showcasing the system’s scale, complexity, and benefits in a compact, headset-based format, the VR experience provides an efficient and impactful alternative to traditional sales workflows.
The resulting experience was deployed on Meta Quest 3 headsets and shipped preloaded to key media contacts, with a branded onboarding process and intuitive interaction design to ensure usability for novice VR users.

The process began with low-fidelity storyboards to align with LiquidStack on the core narrative—focusing on how users would flow through the experience and interact with different system modules.

We designed a branded UI system in Figma that guides users through the experience. The interface was intentionally minimal—leveraging spatial layout, bold typography, and clean overlays to support user focus inside the headset.

The experience was built and animated in Unity using a modular structure, enabling us to efficiently iterate on transitions, object behaviors, and instructional overlays.

We used ManageXR to configure and deploy the experience across 11 Meta Quest 3 headsets, allowing us to preload content, customize device settings, and streamline onboarding. Each headset was branded and paired with a custom Quick Start Guide, creating a seamless and professional unboxing experience that reinforced the brand at every touchpoint.
